A Grand Tiranga Yatra Held in Sanand with Amit Shah

A grand Tiranga Yatra was held in Sanand, Ahmedabad, with the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. This event celebrated the bravery and courage of the Indian Army, particularly the successful ‘Operation Sindoor’, which has been recognised across the country. The Tiranga Yatra aims to honour the sacrifices of soldiers who participated in this operation.

On the 18th of the month, Amit Shah, along with state minister Harsh Sanghvi, led the procession. The yatra began from Nal Sarovar Chowk and ended at the Maharana Pratap statue on Eklingji Road. Amit Shah walked alongside enthusiastic youths and villagers, encouraging their spirit.

The event saw participation from teachers and officials from the primary and secondary education sectors of Ahmedabad district. They carried a massive 680-metre-long flag, symbolising unity and pride. Many residents from Sanand and nearby areas joined the yatra, creating an energetic atmosphere filled with slogans for Mother India.

Local leaders also attended the event, including MLAs from various regions and other political figures. Their presence highlighted the community’s support and respect for the armed forces. The yatra was filled with patriotic spirit, showcasing the unity of the people in honour of their soldiers.

The Tiranga Yatra is part of a broader initiative by the government to celebrate and promote national pride through various events. From May 13 to 23, similar yatra events are being organised across India to honour the Indian Army’s efforts and sacrifices during Operation Sindoor.

Amit Shah’s comments during the yatra underscored the government’s commitment to national security and the importance of remembering the valour of Indian soldiers. He expressed gratitude to the armed forces for their dedication to protecting the country.

This event not only fostered a sense of patriotism but also brought together people from different walks of life to celebrate their national identity.
