Halol is getting ready for a grand three-day celebration of the 11th Patotsav at the Ridhi Sidhi Ganesh Temple from 28th to 30th of this month. The festival will begin on Wednesday, 28th, with a beautiful reading of the Sundarkand at 9:00 PM. On Thursday, 29th, there will be a local folk music performance featuring Kamlesh Barot and Sachin Barot, starting at 9:00 PM. The final day, Friday, 30th, will start early with an Abhishek at 6:00 AM, followed by the commencement of Yajna at 8:00 AM. During the festivities, saints from various places in Gujarat will be invited, including Mahant Akhilesh Dasji Maharaj from Ahmedabad, Mahant Sitaramji Maharaj from Surat, and Ramjivan Dasji Tyagi from Modasa. They will arrive at 4:00 PM to bless the attendees. The local MLA, Jaydrath Singh Parmar, along with key figures from the Panchmahal district, including the Director of the Panchmahal District Cooperative Union, Mayurdhwaj Singh Parmar, and the District President, Mayank Desai, will also be present. The Patotsav Yajna will conclude at 5:00 PM, followed by a grand Aarti and Mahaprasadi will be available for all residents of Halol. This celebration is a significant event for the local community, bringing together devotees and saints in a spirit of joy and unity.
