Guidance Seminar for Diploma Engineering Admission in Ahmedabad

A special guidance seminar will be held for students and their parents at RC Technical Institute (RCTI) in Ahmedabad. The seminar is aimed at students who wish to get admission into the first year of diploma engineering after completing their 10th standard. It will also cover direct second-year admission through the Certificate to Diploma (C2D) route. The event is scheduled for June 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the seminar hall of the Annex Building at RCTI.

The main goal of the seminar is to provide a detailed understanding of the online admission process. It will help students and parents resolve any difficulties they face during the admission process. Experts from RC Technical Institute will explain the entire admission procedure, from filling out the application form to choosing the right college. They will also address questions from attendees.

This seminar is an excellent opportunity for all students who wish to build a bright career in diploma engineering. The organisers encourage more students and parents to attend and clear their doubts regarding the admission process.

In another update, the Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC) in Ahmedabad has completed the first phase of admissions for undergraduate courses for the 2025-26 academic year. The third round of admissions ended on June 9, 2025, and the fourth round will start on June 11, 2025.

2. Gujarat Technological University – 1237 admissions
3. Gujarat University – 12942 admissions
4. Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University – 14888 admissions
5. Indian Institute of Teacher Education – 123 admissions
6. Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kutch University – 4020 admissions
7. Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University – 4484 admissions
8. Sardar Patel University – 5874 admissions
9. Saurashtra University – 20296 admissions
10. Shri Somnath Sanskrit University – 33 admissions
11. Shri Govind Guru University – 5870 admissions
12. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda – 9182 admissions
13. Veer Narmad South Gujarat University – 27362 admissions

In total, 113389 students have secured admissions across various universities. The first phase’s third round saw verification for 2,10,358 students, with 1,13,389 confirming their admission in different universities and colleges by June 9, 2025.

Students can check their cut-off marks on the GCAS portal. By logging in to the portal, they can view the cut-off marks for their chosen college and program after each round of admissions. This initiative ensures transparency in the admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, aiming to assist students in making informed decisions.
