Recently, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel attended the ‘Builder of the Nation’ conclave in Ahmedabad. The event celebrated successful developers and their contributions to the industry. The theme of the conclave was ‘Vision 2047 – The Golden Era of Real Estate.’ It was organised by News Capital Gujarat and CREDAI, highlighting the future of real estate in the state.
During the conclave, Chief Minister Patel recognised various developers for their remarkable achievements in real estate and infrastructure development. He emphasised the role of modern technology and social media in enhancing the sector. According to Patel, builders in Gujarat are not just constructing buildings but are also creating quality infrastructure that elevates the state’s real estate market.
Patel spoke about the various development projects initiated during the tenure of former Chief Minister Narendra Modi. He recalled the challenges the state faced, such as electricity, water, and road infrastructure. Under Modi’s visionary leadership, Gujarat overcame these challenges and achieved impressive growth. Patel expressed pride in the current status of the state’s development, attributing it to strong leadership and determination.
He highlighted the largest solar park in Kutch as an example of the state’s commitment to modern infrastructure. The park reflects Gujarat’s focus on renewable energy, which includes sectors like semiconductor technology, green hydrogen, and green energy. Patel mentioned that Gujarat is leading in these innovative areas, supporting the national initiatives like ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ (Self-Reliant India), ‘Startup India’, and ‘Digital India’.
The conclave also included discussions on the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar-GIFT City tri-city development, the future opportunities in real estate, and the sector’s role in building a developed India. Various political and social leaders attended the event, along with prominent builders and developers.
