In a recent ruling, the Gujarat High Court has granted bail to a 26-year-old man accused of marrying a 13-year-old girl and engaging in sexual relations with her. He was charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.
