Yoga is a path to coordination among the body, mind, soul, and the universe. The United Nations General Assembly declared June 21 as International Yoga Day to benefit all humanity. This decision was made in 2014, and since then, the day has been celebrated worldwide.

During the event, yoga sessions were conducted following the guidelines set by the Ministry of Ayush.
