Milind Soman Completes 600-Km Mumbai-Goa Challenge in 5 Days

Milind Soman, a well-known actor, model, and fitness enthusiast, has completed an incredible journey of 600 kilometres from Mumbai to Goa. He achieved this impressive feat in just five days as part of the 5th edition of The Fit India Run. At 60 years old, Milind continues to inspire many with his dedication to fitness and endurance.

Milind began his challenge on June 26. He started his journey at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. Each day, he cycled for 90 kilometres and ran for 21 kilometres. His route took him through the beautiful Konkan region of Maharashtra. He passed through towns like Pen, Kolad, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, and Kankavli, before finally reaching Goa on June 30.

On social media, Milind shared his excitement about the challenge. He posted, “Fit Indian run started today! 5 days, 600 km, Mumbai to Goa made it more fun this time, doing the half iron man distances for running and cycling every day, 90 km cycling and 21 km running with the best crew @ankita_earthy who is doing the running segment with me as well!” His wife, Ankita Konwar, joined him in this adventure, showing the importance of companionship in challenging journeys.

Milind expressed that this kind of challenge is something he does once a year. He believes it helps him ensure that everything is working properly regarding his fitness.
