New Hostel for Students Launched at Manav Mandir in Velavadar

A new initiative is set to begin at Manav Mandir in Savarkundla, located five kilometers from the town. On June 9, a free hostel service for the children of priests will be inaugurated by the revered Morari Bapu. This hostel aims to provide accommodation and education for the sons and daughters of priests serving at Ramji Temple and Shiva Temple in Gujarat’s Saurashtra region.

The project is led by Bhaktiram Bapu, a dedicated figure at Manav Mandir. He is focused on helping underprivileged children receive education and spiritual guidance. The inauguration ceremony will take place at 9:00 AM, with Morari Bapu and Mahamandaleshwar P. Rajendrasdas Bapu from the Ani Akhara in attendance.

This hostel is believed to be the first of its kind in Gujarat. It will offer free housing to children connected to village temple services. The initiative reflects a strong commitment to education and community service.

In addition to the inauguration, a special program called Santvani will be held on June 8 and Sunday. This event will include various activities and will attract many prominent citizens, leaders, and scholars from across the district and state.

Everyone is invited to attend this significant event, which aims to honor the children of priests who often face financial challenges in pursuing education. The presence of local saints and leaders will also enrich the occasion, as they share their blessings and support for this noble cause.

The establishment of this hostel highlights the importance of education in rural areas, especially for those from religious backgrounds. It aims to provide a nurturing environment that promotes both learning and spiritual growth, ensuring that these children have the opportunity to succeed in life.

As the community gathers to celebrate this initiative, it reflects a collective effort to uplift the next generation through education and service. Morari Bapu’s involvement brings a sense of hope and encouragement, inspiring many to contribute to the cause of education and social welfare in Gujarat.

This new chapter at Manav Mandir is not just about providing shelter; it is about building a foundation for a brighter future for the children of priests. With the right support and guidance, these young minds can thrive and lead their communities in the years to come.
