Kapadvanj has welcomed a new office for the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal’s Durga Vahini organisation. The inauguration took place today on Marutinandhan Dana Road. The event was marked by a lighting ceremony led by Swami Vijaydasji Maharaj from Dakor and Mahant Aniruddhgiriji of Utkantheshwar Mahadev. They blessed the gathering with their words of wisdom.
The event saw the participation of many local leaders and members from the community. Key organisers included Dilipbhai Mistry, Manubhai R. Patel, Gopalbhai Kansara, and others. Many local residents and activists from the RSS and Hindu organisations also attended, making the event a grand success.
The opening of this office aims to strengthen the presence of these organisations in the region. The Bajrang Dal is a youth wing of the Vishva Hindu Parishad and works towards promoting Hindu culture and values. Established in 1984, it has grown significantly across India, claiming over a million members.
As part of their mission, the Bajrang Dal focuses on various social issues, including the protection of Hindu traditions and the promotion of awareness against religious conversions. They are known for their activism related to Hindu culture and community welfare.
In addition to the office opening, the community also celebrated the recent Ram Navami festival with a grand procession. The festival was marked by various events, including a community feast organized by the Lohar community. The celebrations included a ceremonial aarti at the Raghu Nathji temple, followed by distribution of prasad. The procession featured music and dance, showcasing the vibrant culture of the region.
Kapadvanj is becoming an important hub for Hindu organisations, and the new office is expected to facilitate more community engagement and events. Leaders at the inauguration expressed their commitment to work for the welfare of the community and uphold Hindu values. The Bajrang Dal has a track record of organising events aimed at raising awareness about Hindu traditions and addressing social issues affecting the Hindu community.
This new development reflects the growing influence of Hindu organisations in the region, and it is expected to lead to more activities aimed at fostering community spirit and cooperation among local residents. As such organisations continue to expand, they play a vital role in shaping the social fabric of communities across Gujarat and beyond.
