PM Modi's Grand Road Show in Ahmedabad

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Gujarat on Monday, marking his first visit to the state after Operation Sindhur. His trip included various events in Kutch and Godhra, where he addressed the public. The grand road show in Ahmedabad commenced from the airport and extended to Indira Bridge. After completing a program in Bhuj, Modi landed at Ahmedabad Airport, where he was warmly welcomed by Governor Acharya Devvrat and Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi, along with other officials.

Before the Prime Minister’s arrival, security was stepped up along the road with thorough checks by the SPG and local police. More than 20 stages were set up along the route, showcasing posters of the BrahMos missile and Rafale jets, highlighting India’s military prowess.

The road show was decorated impressively, and as soon as Modi exited the airport, he joined the road show in his vehicle. Thousands of people gathered along the streets, waving the Indian flag while cheering for the Prime Minister.

Modi had reached Vadodara earlier that day, where he also held a road show. Following events in Dahod and Bhuj, he addressed citizens and highlighted development projects worth over ₹53,000 crores that aim to create a ‘Developed Gujarat, Green Gujarat’.

During the road show, two individuals were treated for dehydration. A female artist from Bhavnagar presented a painting themed around Operation Sindhur to the Prime Minister, expressing her joy as his staff accepted it.

The excitement among the crowd was palpable as they eagerly awaited Modi’s acknowledgment. Many people, especially women, participated in the celebration, recalling the successful military operations against Pakistan. They wore symbols of sindoor, representing the pride in their homeland’s achievements.

Modi’s interaction with the crowd was heartfelt. He waved and greeted supporters as he passed by. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm, especially following India’s decisive actions against Pakistan. People were buzzing about the Prime Minister’s visit, which had become the talk of the town.

After concluding the Ahmedabad road show, Modi was scheduled to head to Gandhinagar for an overnight stay at the Raj Bhavan. His visit not only showcased his leadership but also highlighted the unity and spirit of the people of Gujarat, who turned out in large numbers to welcome him.
