Kristina Patel, a fashion and lifestyle influencer based in Mumbai, has made serious allegations against a BJP leader and the police. Kristina is originally from Rajkot and claims her family is in danger. In a video shared on social media, she stated, “Even though my mother’s life is in danger, the police are not registering our complaint.” She accuses her father’s elder brother of attacking her and her mother over a property dispute. Kristina said, “He has been harassing me and my mother.”
Following her father’s death, Kristina alleges his family has taken all their property. Despite taking legal steps, she feels helpless. “I now live in Mumbai while my mother lives alone in Rajkot,” she explained.
Her uncle, Bipin Amrutiya, along with his brothers Anand and Dinesh Amrutiya, allegedly attacked her mother. Kristina explains they called the police, but the officers refused to help. “We tried reaching out to the police commissioner, but no action has been taken,” she said.
Kristina believes political influence is at play. She said, “My uncle is associated with the BJP. Does being in politics give someone the right to even commit murder?” She expressed her frustration at the police’s lack of action, questioning why they won’t help just because her uncle is politically connected.
In her emotional plea, she asked, “If someone’s life is in danger, why won’t the police take action?” Kristina added, “Please don’t misuse your political position. Just because you’re in politics, does that mean you can take someone’s life?”
The accused, Dinesh Amrutiya, is the BJP in-charge of Jasdan. Kristina claims that the police are ignoring their complaint due to his political status. She shared a video showing the accused entering her home, further highlighting her distressing situation.
Kristina concluded her message by asking the Gujarat Police to ensure her mother’s safety. “This is the least they can do,” she pleaded.
