Shanti Business School, located in Ahmedabad, recently completed its induction programme named “Saksham 2025”. This event lasted for seven days and welcomed 300 new students. The programme was aimed at the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) batch of 2025–27. The event was a grand success, showcasing the school’s commitment to prepare its students for their future careers.
Several notable guests attended the event. Former Union Minister K. J. Alphons was one of the keynote speakers. He shared valuable insights about leadership and management with the students. Surja Kishore, the CEO of BBDO TeamX for Mercedes-Benz India, also spoke to the students about the importance of creativity in business. Another guest, Brijmohan Chiripal, who is the Promoter of the Chiripal Group, discussed entrepreneurship and the role of innovation in business.
The induction programme was designed to help students integrate into the school community. During the week, students participated in various activities. One highlight was a visit to the Blind People’s Association. This visit aimed to promote social awareness and empathy among the students. It provided them with a chance to understand the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals.
In addition to the visit, the students engaged in panel discussions. These discussions allowed them to interact with industry leaders and gain practical knowledge. Students also enjoyed a heritage walk through Ahmedabad’s historic old city. This experience was not just about learning history but also about appreciating the rich culture of the city.
The induction programme concluded with a closing ceremony. Students expressed their excitement about starting their management journey.
