A tragic incident occurred in Ahmedabad’s Madhupura area. A speeding car struck a 49-year-old woman, leading to her death. The victim has been identified as Dahiben Prahladbhai Chouhan, who worked as a sanitation worker.
This shocking event took place early in the morning near the Dariyapur area, close to the BRTS corridor. Dahiben was on her way to mark her attendance at the municipality when the accident occurred. As she crossed the BRTS corridor, a fast-moving car hit her.

Dahiben’s daughter, Nikita Chouhan, filed a complaint under various sections of the IPC against the driver. The accused has been identified as Shashank Sanjay Rai, a resident of Naroda. Following the complaint, police apprehended him. The investigation into this case is ongoing.
