A tragic accident occurred near Devarasan village, close to Mehsana, involving a car and a motorcycle. Two young men from Rajasthan lost their lives in this unfortunate incident. The victims have been identified as Pradipbhai Meghwal and Naik Bhairaram. Both were originally from Togavasa in Tarangar, Rajasthan, and had been living in Punit Nagar, Mehsana, for the last five years, working in the painting business.
On the day of the accident, Pradipbhai and Naik Bhairaram had gone to visit a painting site in Vijapur. They were riding their motorcycle, numbered GJ18CP7018, when the accident happened. As they returned home at night, a car with the number GJ1RY2578 collided with their motorcycle near the Devarasan village area.
The impact of the collision was severe, throwing both young men onto the road. They suffered serious injuries and were quickly taken to Mehsana Civil Hospital. Sadly, Naik Bhairaram succumbed to his injuries in the trauma centre. Pradipbhai was transferred to a private hospital, where he also passed away during treatment.
The families of the victims are devastated. Their uncle, Sonu Meghwal, has filed a complaint against the car driver at the Mehsana Taluka Police Station. The deceased young men were married, and their bodies have been taken back to their hometown for last rites.
Such accidents are a reminder of the importance of road safety. The authorities urge all drivers and riders to be cautious and vigilant while on the roads. The loss of young lives is a tragedy for the families and the community. Local police are investigating the accident further to ensure justice is served and to prevent similar incidents in the future.
