The incident was reported to the Gandhinagar fire department at 2:43 PM, following a call made by Kiran Desai. The fire brigade team arrived swiftly and managed to recover the bodies of three victims from the canal. The young woman has been identified as Khushi, while the young man is named Harsh Barot. The identity of the third victim is still unknown. It is believed that all five individuals in the car were residents of Khodiyar Nagar in the Nikol area of Ahmedabad.
