A tragic event occurred in Ratanpur village, located in the Khedbrahma taluka of Sabarkantha district, Gujarat. A mud wall of a house collapsed due to moisture from heavy rainfall. At the time of the incident, three children were playing in the courtyard. The children included Dilip Makwana, aged 4, Asha Makwana, aged 7, and Ravindra Makwana, aged 10. The wall fell, burying all three children under the debris.
Local residents quickly sprang into action to rescue the children. They managed to pull all three out from beneath the mud. Ravindra was taken to Khedbrahma Hospital for treatment. Sadly, Dilip and Asha died on the way to the hospital in Himatnagar. The incident has left the community in shock and mourning.
Amratbhai Makwana, a relative of the victims, filed a complaint at Kheroj police station. Authorities have registered a case of accidental death and have begun an investigation.
