In Ahmedabad, a tragic incident unfolded in the Shahibaug area. Two brothers are accused of murdering a young man named Chirag Sarasava. The attack happened over a trivial matter regarding a bench. On June 3, around 9 AM, Chirag was at home with his family. His wife was at her parent’s house as she was pregnant. Chirag left home to go to work but returned for lunch. After lunch, he went outside to meet his friend Manoj.
While chatting, they decided to sit on a bench near Jayshankarbhai’s shop. However, Jayshankarbhai’s wife, Asha, warned them that the bench was broken. This led to an argument between Chirag and Asha. At that moment, Asha’s son Anuj and Manoj arrived and began to attack Chirag. They hit him with a stick. Anuj held Chirag down while Manoj went to get a knife from a nearby shop.
In the midst of the fight, Chirag’s family heard the commotion and rushed to the scene. However, by then, it was too late. Chirag was severely injured and bleeding. He was immediately taken to the civil hospital by an ambulance. Tragically, he died during treatment.
Chirag’s brother, Vishal Sarasava, filed a complaint against Anuj and Manoj at the Shahibaug police station. The police have registered a murder case and are currently searching for the accused brothers, who fled the scene after the attack. This incident has shocked the local community, raising concerns about safety and the consequences of minor disputes escalating into violence.
Local authorities have stated that they are working hard to apprehend the suspects and bring justice for Chirag’s family. They emphasize the need for peaceful conflict resolution and the importance of community support in such situations. As the investigation continues, residents are urged to report any information that could assist the police in capturing the fleeing suspects.
