A violent incident took place in Tharad involving two brothers and a bike registration book. Prabhubhai Hardanbhai Patel bought a bike with the registration number GJ-18-DI-6054 from Ishwarbhai Premabhai Patel two years ago for Rs. 50,000. According to the agreement, Prabhubhai was to pay the costs for transferring the registration book. Recently, Prabhubhai and his brother Dinesh visited Tharad to buy an electric scooter. They went to Ishwarbhai’s shop near the old RTO to discuss the transfer of the registration book.
When Prabhubhai raised the issue, Ishwarbhai became aggressive. He started shouting and then attacked Prabhubhai with a hammer. Dinesh, who tried to help, was also attacked with the hammer. Ishwarbhai then used an iron sheet to hit Dinesh on the head. He also struck Dinesh on the ribs and shoulder with a stick. Before leaving, Ishwarbhai threatened to kill them.
The injured brothers were taken to the Tharad civil hospital by an ambulance. After failed attempts to resolve the issue peacefully, a police complaint was filed. This incident highlights the dangers of disputes over vehicle documentation in Gujarat.
The police are now investigating the case. They are looking for witnesses who saw the attack. The local community is shocked by the violence that erupted over what should have been a straightforward matter. Many residents are calling for stricter laws to protect citizens from such attacks.
Tharad is a small town in Gujarat, and such incidents are rare. However, this event has raised concerns about safety and the need for proper conflict resolution channels.
Community leaders are urging citizens to report any similar incidents to the authorities. They believe that awareness and education about legal rights may help prevent violence in the future.
As the investigation continues, the brothers are recovering from their injuries. They hope to see justice served and a peaceful resolution to their case. The local police are committed to ensuring that those responsible are held accountable.
This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of handling disputes calmly and legally. It is crucial for individuals to understand their rights and seek help from authorities rather than resorting to violence.
