In Fatehpura village, located in the Mehsana district of Gujarat, a grand ‘Yoga Dialogue’ was organised under the leadership of Shri Yogsevak Shishpalji, the chairman of the Gujarat State Yoga Board. This event took place with the theme ‘Nation Building through Personal Development’ and the vision of ‘Developed Gujarat, Developed India’. The local MLA, Shri Sardarbhai Chaudhary, was also present to inspire the participants.

Shri Shishpalji explained that yoga is more than just exercise; it is a complete tool for life. It supports health, peace, and determination. The purpose of this dialogue is to raise awareness about yoga in rural areas. It aims to empower villagers physically, mentally, and spiritually, guiding them towards a healthy and cultured lifestyle.

He also mentioned that the initiative starting from Fatehpura is a significant step towards making the assembly an ideal one. This movement will spread yoga across villages in Gujarat, enhancing not just health but also unity, discipline, values, and positivity in society. Shri Shishpalji encouraged villagers not only to stay healthy but also to become yoga ambassadors for their communities. He specifically urged young people to train as yoga teachers and connect every citizen of the village with yoga.

During the event, Shri Ashokbhai Chaudhary, chairman of the GCMMF and Doodhsagar Dairy, highlighted that promoting yoga at the grassroots level will benefit farmers, labourers, housewives, and students. This approach will lead to personal wellness, mental peace, and productivity, which are essential for individual and social development.

At the end of the event, all participants collectively pledged, “We will make yoga an inseparable part of our lives and contribute to building a healthy, empowered, and cultured Gujarat.”
