The Gujarat State Election Commission has officially announced the dates for the upcoming Gram Panchayat elections. Voting will take place on June 22, and the counting of votes will occur on June 25. This announcement was made during a press conference held by State Election Commissioner S. MurliKrishna.

In total, elections will be held for 8,326 Gram Panchayats across the state. The official notification regarding the elections will be released on June 2. Candidates interested in running for office can submit their nomination papers until June 9. The verification of these nomination papers will take place on June 10, and candidates can withdraw their nominations until June 11.
