ITC Hotels has announced the appointment of Akshay Kavra as the new General Manager of ITC Narmada, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Ahmedabad. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Akshay is set to bring his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to this esteemed property.
Akshay began his journey with ITC Hotels after graduating from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) in Manipal. He also completed a Management Trainee Programme at the Hotel Management Institute (HMI), which was a key step in his career. Over the years, he has worked in various leadership roles at several iconic ITC Hotels, including properties in Chennai, Kolkata, Agra, and New Delhi.
Throughout his career, Akshay has focused on enhancing service standards and guest satisfaction. He has successfully built high-performing teams and created a memorable experience for guests at each hotel he managed.
