Residents are encouraged to report potholes and road issues through mobile apps, WhatsApp, websites, helpline numbers, and civic centres. This allows for swift action from the relevant authorities.

Despite these efforts, some citizens feel that there is still much work to be done. Complaints continue to arise about the state of roads, especially after the recent rains. The government’s commitment to repairing these roads is commendable, but some believe that more proactive measures are needed to prevent future issues.

Overall, the swift response to the heavy rains is a positive step for the state of Gujarat. The focus on road repairs is essential for ensuring safety and improving the quality of life for residents. As the work continues, it is hoped that all remaining complaints will be resolved promptly, and the roads will be in good condition for everyone to use.
