Kapil Sharma’s Café Targeted Again Amid Gang Threats Linked to Salman Khan

In a shocking turn of events, comedian Kapil Sharma’s café in Canada has been targeted by gunfire for the second time in less than a month. This follows the café’s connection to Bollywood star Salman Khan, who was invited for its inauguration. An audio recording from a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has surfaced, revealing the motive behind these attacks. The gang member, known as Harry Boxer, warned that anyone associated with Salman Khan would face severe consequences. He stated, “The first and now second firing at Kapil Sharma’s restaurant happened because he had invited Salman Khan to the inauguration on a Netflix show.” This threat comes in the wake of Salman Khan’s appearance on the premiere episode of season 3 of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, which aired on June 21. The tension between the Bishnoi gang and Salman Khan stems from a 1998 case involving the unlawful killing of a blackbuck, a revered animal in the Bishnoi community. The gangster’s threats indicate a broader warning to anyone working with Salman, stating, “If anyone works with Salman, we will not spare anyone. We will kill them.” On Thursday, Kapil Sharma’s Kap’s Café in Surrey was hit by at least 25 bullets, shattering windows but miraculously causing no injuries. The shooting incident follows a similar attack on July 10, which was also linked to gang violence. Goldy Dhillon, a member of the Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the latest attack through a social media post. He is currently wanted by the Punjab Police and is believed to be residing in Germany. The previous shooting was claimed by Harjit Singh Laddi, a fugitive from Babbar Khalsa International, who cited derogatory remarks made by Sharma about Nihang Sikhs as the reason for the attack. The Surrey Police are investigating both incidents but have not yet made any arrests. Officers are reviewing CCTV footage and witness statements to uncover the attackers’ identities. This spate of violence has raised concerns within the South Asian community in Surrey, especially amid increasing extortion threats against local businesses. The police have urged anyone with information to come forward. As the investigation continues, the safety of Kapil Sharma’s café and its patrons remains a priority, highlighting the severe implications of gang-related threats in the entertainment industry. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the darker side of celebrity culture and the risks associated with fame and connections in the world of entertainment. As Kapil Sharma navigates this troubling situation, the community watches closely, hoping for justice and safety for all involved.
