The app combines several passenger services into one place. You can book unreserved tickets, track trains live, and even order food. The app also helps you with complaints and taxi bookings. One exciting feature is the integration with WAVES OTT platform. This platform offers content in over 10 languages. You can find live TV, on-demand videos, and games. It also promotes cultural diversity by collaborating with regional creators. To watch free content on RailOne, follow these steps: First, log in using an mPIN or biometric. Then, go to the ‘More Offerings’ section and select ‘Go To Waves’. You will then see a page with access to free OTT content. RailOne is developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). It supports existing RailConnect and UTS accounts. This means you can use your previous credentials to log in. The app is designed to save space on your phone by combining multiple railway apps into one. While you can still use the IRCTC app for tickets, RailOne is an authorised partner. It aims to provide a smoother travel experience for passengers. The app is available for download on both Android and iOS. The user-friendly design makes it easy for everyone to navigate.
