In 2023, the Gujarati film *Vash* surprised audiences and raised the bar for regional cinema. It starred Janki Bodiwala and quickly became a sensation due to its gripping blend of suspense and hypnosis. The film featured standout performances by Hitu Kanodia and Hiten Kumar, with Hiten playing a sinister character who hypnotizes Janki’s character. The gripping narrative kept viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end. The success of *Vash* even inspired a Bollywood remake.
The biggest surprise came at the trailer launch of its sequel, *Vash Level 2*. This new film will also be released in Hindi as *Vash Vivash Level 2* on the same day, August 27, 2025. Acclaimed writer-director Krishnadev Yagnik returns to create this thrilling sequel after the massive success of the original. Yagnik is known for his work on films such as *Karsandas Pay & Use*, *Shu Thayu?*, *Naadi Dosh*, *Raado*, and *Chello Divas*.
*Vash Level 2* promises to elevate the excitement and horror even further. It features a talented cast, including Janki Bodiwala, Hitu Kanodia, Monal Gajjar, and Hiten Kumar. This supernatural thriller is produced by KS Entertainment and Ananta BusinessCorp, along with Patel Processing Studios. It is part of the Big Box Series and aims to captivate audiences with a powerful mix of horror, suspense, and thrill.
The trailer was unveiled at a grand launch event attended by the film’s producers and lead cast members. This event included a surprise reveal that left the audience stunned—*Vash Level 2* will have a Hindi version, making it accessible to a wider audience. The film is set to release worldwide on August 27, 2025.
According to reports, the sequel is directly connected to the first film. The narrative picks up twelve years after the events of *Vash*, when Atharva saves his daughter Arya from the effects of hypnosis. However, he soon discovers that the spell has never truly left her. As strange and terrifying events begin to unfold again, Atharva must fight once more to protect his daughter.
The trailer hints at a darker and more psychological plot infused with horror, emotion, and suspense. *Vash Level 2* is set in a girls’ school, where students seem to be under some mysterious control. The story starts on an ordinary morning in Gujarat but takes a horrifying turn when ten schoolgirls mysteriously jump from the terrace under the influence of an unknown ‘uncle’. Atharva is reminded of a similar incident that occurred with his daughter Arya twelve years ago.
Will Atharva be able to save the girls? Can they break free from the spell? These chilling questions will only be answered when the film is released.
Following the huge success of *Vash*, the journey continues with *Vash Level 2*, which promises to be darker, deeper, and even more intense. The trailer has already stirred fear, and when the film hits the big screen, that fear is set to erupt into a full-blown nightmare. Get ready for a story that not only scares but also stays with you. This time, the battle isn’t just about being under control; it’s about breaking free.
