Two Minors from Bhuj Steal Lakhs and Attempt to Flee

In a shocking incident from Bhuj, two minor friends stole lakhs of rupees worth of jewellery, cash, and gold before setting off on a journey. The boys, aged 14 and 15, planned a trip to Goa after raiding one of their homes. Their families reported their disappearance to the local police, leading to a swift investigation.

The Bhuj police, led by Inspector Alpesh Patel, took the matter seriously. They tracked the boys to Ahmedabad Airport after receiving a tip-off about their location. The police collaborated with the airport’s security to intercept the boys before they could board their flight to Kolkata, which they had booked after canceling their initial ticket to Goa.

According to reports, one of the boys, feeling overly pampered and wanting to have fun in Goa, decided to steal from his own home. He took gold jewellery and a significant amount of cash, while his friend also contributed some money. They left home with a plan to enjoy a carefree vacation without worrying about money.

Upon arriving at Ahmedabad Airport, the boys checked into a hotel and booked their onward travel to Goa. Meanwhile, their families were frantic with worry, as they had no idea where the boys had gone with such a large sum of money. The police were alerted and began their investigation.

Inspector Patel and his team quickly coordinated with the Ahmedabad police. They used advanced software to locate the hotel where the boys were staying. When police arrived, the boys had already left for the airport. However, the police managed to catch them just before they could board their flight.

Once detained, the boys confessed to stealing from their homes. They admitted to hiding the jewellery and cash at a friend’s house in Bhuj. They had originally planned to fly to Goa, but after the police intervened, they changed their plans and opted for Kolkata instead.

This is not the first time these minors have been involved in such activities. The police are now investigating whether they were influenced by someone else to commit the theft. The families of the boys have been informed, and they have been handed over to the Bhuj police for further action.

This case highlights the growing concern about juvenile delinquency and the need for better guidance for young people. The police urge parents to be vigilant and communicate with their children to prevent such incidents in the future.
